And Dyson, best known for its vacuums, is making ventilators.

Walmart is seeing a new shopping trend. People are still buying tops… but not bottoms.

Sad news for All My Children fans… John Callahan, best known as his character Edmund Grey has passed away. His ex-wife Eva LaRue said this goodbye on instagram:

The 2020 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is supposed to go down in Cleveland on May 2, 2020 but while we wait to see if it’ll still happen, you can enjoy the 2019 Induction Ceremony on YouTube. This is my favorite interview moment…

And Texas Roadhouse CEO Kent Taylor is giving up his salary through January of next year to keep his people paid and employed.

And there are many more stories like this that DON’T make the news. So if you know of a business owner who is putting people before profit, make note of that and support them when we’re all working and making money again!

There’s a shortage of dogs and cats to foster in NYC right now, and that’s a good thing!

I was sad to hear the news that Harlem Globetrotter legend Fred “Curly” Neal passed away. I got to meet him once. He was lovely… and spun a basketball on my finger. ❤

If anyone deserves a pick-me-up and a treat right now it’s our medical professionals.

Krispy Kreme announced Wednesday it will give away thousands of glazed dozens to thank the healthcare community.

And Starbucks is giving away free coffee nationwide to first responders and healthcare workers.

Hopefully you don’t have to fly right now but if you do, you won’t have to sit next to anyone.

The Wilde Ride for 03/26/2020

I guess now there is literally no excuse for not working out while in quarantine. This guy ran a marathon on his balcony.

Jackson Browne and Prince Charles have both tested positive for COVID-19. But they both have mild symptoms. (And the Queen is said to be in good health.)

While Patrick Stewart is reading Shakespeare sonnets on Twitter, CBS All Access is letting non-subscribers watch the show (and all their other shows) for free for a month.

Stedman has been traveling for business then tried to come home to Oprah. And she wasn’t having it… she made him go live in the guest house.

Here’s some good news on the COVID-19 front. A test that gives quick results has been created… and New York is about to test a treatment using the blood of those who’ve recovered.

And some good news out of Australia. Recovered baby and mama koalas injured by the deadly Australia Fires are being released back into the wild. They will still need feeding stations until their habitat grows back but they survived and that’s something to celebrate.

Siri can now assess your symptoms if you ask her if you have coronavirus.

And there could be a new symptom to look out for. A loss of your sense of smell or taste.

Arnold Schwartzenegger, who has been posting the cutest moments with his tiny horse and donkey just donated a million dollars to buy medical supplies for those who are helping the sick.

And Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are waiving April’s rent for all their tenants.

He might have tweeted that the coronavirus panic was “dumb” but Elon Musk did step up to help. He’s delivering over 1000 ventilators to California hospitals.
